Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of ScholaCore (the "Service"), provided to schools, tuition centers, and academies ("Customer", "you") for maintaining student records, course enrollment, and fee tracking.

1. The Service

ScholaCore provides tools to record student information, manage courses, and track fee payments and receipts. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. Accounts

Each academy account is a separate tenant. You may not share login credentials outside your organization, and you are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscription & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis as described on the Pricing page at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. We may change pricing for future billing periods with notice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to store data you do not have the right to store, to attempt to disrupt the Service, or to use it for any unlawful purpose.

5. Data ownership

You retain ownership of the student, course, and payment data you enter. We do not sell your data to third parties.

6. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
